THE CLUB
The club was established in 1986. We do not teach a particular 'school' of martial arts, but rather embrace a range of martial traditions, incorporating anything that we find useful.
We emphasise the rapid acquisition of effective techniques — the sort of things that can work in everyday situations for everyday people. This means constant repetition of the basics (footwork, targeted striking, solid defence, simple locks and takedowns).
All of our instructors are Australian government accredited coaches and we pride ourselves on running a safe, inclusive club.
